Burnpile Ticket & Bottle Packages

Every year, at Burnpile Harvest Fest we release a special bottle that speaks to the harvest season. This year, a fruited version of The Separation of Light and Darkness will be released in 750ml bottles online as part of a Burnpile ticket and bottle package. Our Mixed Culture Saison received the honor of the number one spot on Paste Magazine’s Blind Saison Tasting. This version features two pounds per gallon of fresh, Carolina Peaches making it the perfect celebration beer.
 
In honor of this special beer and our favorite Burial event, we will pre-sell ticket & bottle packages online via Brown Paper Tickets Friday, September 1st at 12pm (EST). Link will be posted at 10am (EST) that same day via our social media outlets and website.
Package options are as follows and INCLUDE sales tax, but NOT processing fees.
$30 VIP 1 Package (Includes entry ticket, glass, 2 beer tokens, & 1bottle)
$50 VIP 2 Package (Includes entry ticket, glass, 2 tokens, & 2 bottles)
$90 VIP 4 Package (Includes entry ticket, glass, 2 tokens, & 4 bottles)
Individuals may purchase up to two ticketing packages total. Purchasing any of these tickets gets you discounted entry, guaranteed bottles, and 30 minute head start on entry to the fest.
 
All bottle purchases must be picked up during festival hours (12pm-8pm) on October, 14th. We cannot hold or ship bottles. If you purchase a ticket and cannot make it to the fest we will refund you in FULL through Friday, October 13th.
General Admission Tickets will be also be pre-sold this year via Brown Paper Tickets and will be available for purchase starting Friday, September 8th for a discounted price of $10 per ticket and includes entry, commemorative glass, and two beer tokens.
 
General Admission tickets to Burnpile will still be available at the door, day of, for $15 and includes entry, commemorative glass, and two beer tokens.
 
 
 
Pre-Sale Rules:
-All ticket buyers must be 21 years or older.
-The individual who purchased the ticket must be present with a valid ID and print out or mobile confirmation of their ticket.
-Only individuals with a valid ID and a ticket in their name can pick-up their allotment.
-If an individual’s name appears on more than two tickets, the additional tickets and bottle sales will be null and void. This rule exists to ensure that no one individual has a monopoly or unfair advantage regarding the number of bottles allotted per person.
- Taxes ARE INCLUDED in the ticket prices. Brown Paper Ticket processing fees ARE NOT INCLUDED.
 
The Pre-Sale Bottle Pick Up:
Saturday, October 14th from 12pm-6pm from our Merch Store at Burial Beer Co.
 
***Regardless of what time Oct.14th you choose to retrieve your bottles you must have a valid ID that MATCHES a/the name on your ticket.
 
-NO PROXIES. If any individual other than the ticket purchaser attempts to pick up the pre-purchased bottles, those bottles will be forfeited back to Burial Beer Co. The no proxy rule is in place to ensure that as many people as possible have the chance to purchase bottles.
-NO SHIPPING. We cannot under any circumstance ship bottles. By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge that you are obligated to pick up your bottles in person.
-NO BOTTLE HOLDING. Burial Beer Co. cannot, under any circumstances, hold pre-sale bottles if purchaser is not able to attend the fest during the pickup window (12pm-8pm). A refund will be issued to you if you are unable to pick-up.
 
-REFUNDS. If you are unable to pick up your bottles and inform us prior to the event Burial Beer Co. will issue you a full refund via Brown Paper Tickets. If you request a refund up to one week after the pickup date Burial Beer Co. will issue you a refund for the bottles only (we cannot refund Brown Paper Ticket Fees). After one week, refunds will not be issued.
