A blend of Imperial Stout resting more than 1 year in Willet Rye and Willet Bourbon casks were carefully selected to prioritize warming spices and caramelized dark sugars. The final composition of this barrel blend favors the Rye Whiskey barrels, lending baked pecan pie, creme brulee topped in vanilla cream, and dark chocolate dipped dried dates and fig.
